Terms of purchase
When you pay for your order at Murano Studio, you also accept our terms of purchase.
Our payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Invoice (30 days due)
As soon as your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email with information about the item and the delivery method you have chosen. We reserve the right that on rare occasions possible errors may occur on our website: Such as errors in price, image and text in addition to the occurrence of production changes and discontinued items.
We reserve the right to cancel an order, or parts of the order, if the product is out of stock or for other reasons is not possible to deliver.
All orders require 100% of the purchase price to be paid in advance, unless another special agreement has been entered into with Murano Studio.
SHIPPING / PICKUP
Delivery time is 2 weeks. Delivery time for lamps with specially ordered frames may be somewhat longer. All items are shipped with DHL Express or FEDEX.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION RIGHTS
We have a 14-day return policy, with the exception of Murano Lamps and items marked "custom-made".
Custom-made items, display models, vintage products, Murano lamps, special orders and items that are not in stock cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags and original packaging.

PRICES
The stated price for the goods and services is the total price the buyer will pay. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed about before the purchase, the buyer shall not bear. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices and shipping costs.
COMPLAINT
Should the item you receive have physical damage or defects, you can make a complaint in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, Chapter 6, Section 27. Complaints. "If there is a defect in the item, the consumer must, within a reasonable time after he or she discovered or should have discovered it, notify the seller that he or she wishes to invoke the defect (complaint)."
When returning damaged goods, you are responsible for repacking the product properly in the correct shipping packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us without further damage.
If it turns out that there are grounds for a complaint, we will cover return shipping, until it is decided, the customer must pay the shipping amount in advance. If you picked up the item yourself, without using a transport company, and find defects or deficiencies in it, you must also physically deliver it back to us for assessment.
